Summary

  • StageMaker is a platform used to design, manage and publish IPSC-related matches, stages and training content.
  • Users remain responsible for the content, media, location details and contact information they submit.
  • Public or published content may be shown in the app, associated with its author and used for discovery features.
  • Access to the service may be limited or removed if the platform is used abusively or unlawfully.

Use of the service

  • You may use StageMaker to create, organize, publish and manage match and stage content.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or publishing content.
  • You are responsible for securing your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

User content and publication

  • You keep responsibility for the text, media, match data, stage data and other content you upload or publish.
  • By publishing content in StageMaker, you authorize the app to host, display, format and distribute that content inside the service.
  • Your username, profile details and published work may appear together so users can identify the creator of a match or stage.
  • If you choose to highlight a match, enable countdown visibility or publish preview content, that content may be promoted in the app interface.

Geographic information and world map

  • If you provide match location data, it may be displayed to help users discover where an event takes place.
  • If you provide coordinates or allow map placement, StageMaker may use them for world map display and geographic browsing features.
  • You should only submit location information you are allowed to publish.

Contact between users

  • StageMaker may make certain creator-facing information visible so users can contact organizers or authors when needed.
  • You should only include contact information you are willing to share in that context.
  • Users must not use visible contact information for spam, harassment, scraping or unrelated solicitation.

You must not

  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
  • Pretend to be another person, club, organizer or entity.
  • Publish content or coordinates you do not have the right to share.
  • Interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape protected data or abuse the platform technically.
  • Use the platform to spam users, send unsolicited promotions or harvest contact details at scale.

IPSC references

StageMaker is built for the IPSC design and match-management context. References to IPSC across the site describe the sport and use case of the app. Unless explicitly stated, such references do not by themselves mean official endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend or remove parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms when the product evolves. Continued use of StageMaker after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Suspension or removal

We may suspend, restrict or remove access to accounts or content when necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance or repeated breach of these Terms.

Liability and practical limits

StageMaker is provided as a digital product intended to help users design and publish content more efficiently. While we aim for a reliable service, availability, accuracy, uninterrupted access and suitability for every specific use case cannot be guaranteed.
